This is one of the best items in the collection, and the best shirt that my son Archie owns. Some people say footballers do not bother, or do not care, but Anthony is a classic example of a footballer who really bothers. Anthony promised this shirt to Archie after a the game in question, and asked where abouts he sat in the ground. Upon the final whistle, Anthony was clearly distraught with the result, and for a moment I thought it would go pearshaped. However, off with the shirt and over to the crowd he came. Many people tried to grab it, but Anthony spotted Archie and ensured it made its way to him. There are many examples of players who bother, this is not an exclusive case. But sometimes they are an easy target, which is very often unfair.

It takes a little effort to fulfil a dream and create a memory that will never leave someone, and Anthony clearly did that on this particular day. Top bloke, a showman and without question Archies favourite player, probably forever.
